Adventure encourages you to get out and face the world with that same enthusiasm and lack of fear, recognizing that life is meant for living, and every day presents us with opportunities to take joy in everything from large to small. A life without adventure is likely to be unsatisfying because we aren't facing any new circumstances but a life in which adventure is allowed to take whatever form it will is sure to be short.

WHAT IS ADVENTURE?


An exciting or very unusual experience as well as participation in exciting undertakings or enterprises the spirit of adventure a bold, usually risky undertaking the hazardous action of uncertain outcome. Adventure travel is powerful experience for you in many different ways like it helps you feel better on the inside and outside, while providing you with tons of new experiences. Adventure travel going beyond the sandy beaches and city breaks can have plenty of benefits for physical and mental health aside from providing you with enjoyment and memories. An experience or event that is very unusual, exciting or dangerous can be considered as an adventure.

Types of adventure:

• Yoga - mainly performed in greeny areas feel the reality of ecosystem.
• Trekking - this one is more often performed in mountains or in snowy areas where we have to travel a lot by walking and may be expanded to kilometres a day.
• Cycling - we usually do this in r daily life but we can take it as an adventure my travelling along distance which we never did before.
• Canoeing - the activity of performing travelling in a boat for may be 2 to 3 days. The boat will be ridden by us.
• Kayaking - similar to canoeing but this is a small boat there is a kayak is used for making the boat move forward it needs a proper physical training.
• Dogsledding - one or more dogs make a cart move forward can be termed as dogs sledding. Remember Santa Claus traveling in his ride with the reindeers makes the vehicle forward so same here the dogs make the two wheelers move forward.
• Multi-adventure travel - this can include along pathway travel with some paranormal activities so that The adventure travel can be multiple and can feel different types of adventures in just one time.

 "If a man is not ready to risk his life then where is his dignity?". 
Helen Keller stated that
 "Life is either a daring adventure or nothing."
Adventure traveling can be just as good for your personal well-being because not only does it provide you with new experiences but also it can make you feel better, both inside and outside. It is good for you, since it relieves the stresses of everyday life and helps to relax and chill out

ADVENTUROUS PERSON


A person who actually likes adventures feel every moment of the day like and adventure no matter what the situation is if we are struggling and if a person is adventurous he or she be fine and adventure in the struggle maybe the present is harsh but the destiny maybe unexpected. The enjoy today's worlds in mobile phones or movies or something like video games or singing music and many other works but do you find adventure in those things. If a person finds adventure in each and everything then we can feel the reality of life.

Qualities of an adventurous person:

Nonconformity - Person who have the adventurous personality style.
Challenge - Accept each and every challenge in the face in their life.
• Mutual independence - when we travel or go for an adventure if we are with someone then maybe we are dependent on each other or maybe we are self dependent it finally shows our independence.
• Persuasiveness - the power of changing someone's mind they usually have this activity.
• Wanderlust - a desire of exploring anything. The person knows the reality and wanna move forward.
• Wild oats - it means that the person is trying to make his heart strong and move towards what they were doing.
• True grit - a person who never changes his or her mind set of their plan they do what they had decided earlier and non person's word can make him to stop at the moment.
• No regrets - they never ever regret that they had done something wrong and it's good feeling because no one can make you feel down in any situation.
